By accessing or using the Rizq mobile application, website, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Rizq.

Rizq is a charitable assistance platform that enables:

• Donors to contribute funds.
• Beneficiaries to receive approved assistance.
• Partner shops to fulfill approved redemptions.
• Administrators and moderators to manage operations and prevent fraud.

Rizq does not guarantee eligibility, approval, availability, or continuation of assistance.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian permission.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

Rizq may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

To prevent fraud and ensure fair distribution of aid, Rizq may require:

• CNIC verification
• Date of birth verification
• Phone number verification
• Location verification
• Facial verification for beneficiaries

Failure to complete required verification may limit access to certain services.

• Donations made through Rizq are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Rizq will make reasonable efforts to ensure donated funds are allocated according to the platform's operational policies.
• Rizq does not guarantee assistance to any specific individual.

Eligibility for assistance is determined according to Rizq policies and available resources.

Providing false information may result in:

• Account suspension
• Permanent removal
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required

Rizq may require verification of redemptions, including:

• QR code scans
• Location checks
• Redemption photographs
• Facial verification

These measures are intended to reduce fraud and ensure assistance reaches intended beneficiaries.

Users may upload:

• Profile information
• Verification documents
• Redemption photographs
• Other related content

You grant Rizq a non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and use such content for operating the platform.

To maintain donor confidence and platform transparency, Rizq may display:

• Aggregated donation statistics
• Redemption records
• Impact metrics
• Approved redemption photographs

Personally identifiable information will be limited where appropriate.

Users may not:

• Commit fraud
• Misrepresent identity
• Create multiple accounts for abuse
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use Rizq for unlawful purposes

Rizq may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Security concerns
• Legal requirements

• Rizq provides services on an "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or availability of assistance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of Rizq after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
